IQF Herbs
IQF stands for Individual Quick Frozen, i.e. loosely frozen and, as the name suggests, it is a method in which the herbs are very quickly and efficiently individually frozen after harvesting. Due to the fast and high-quality processing process, there is no loss of taste or aroma and they contain very little moisture, so they do not clump. Result: perfectly sprinkable, cut, fresh herbs for every dish or as a garnish.
